To be clear, all certified documents must be a photocopy of the original document, not a fax or a copy of a photocopy.
All documents in a language other than English must be accompanied by an English translation, including the use of the English alphabet.
Translations must be from a legally licensed and authorised translator, and the translator must confirm in writing that the translation is an exact and direct translation from the original language into English.
