Application Guide – Inside EU/EEA

Please complete your application form in English and send the original copy.
Your supporting documents must be photocopies rather than originals – and they’ll need to be certified by an authorised party. Any supporting documents that are not in English will need to be sent with a translation too.

Once you’ve sent your application and supporting documents (except your IELTS certificate unless you have this already), your application will begin to be processed.

The NMC will make an assessment of your qualifications over the next 30-70 days. If you meet the requirements the NMC will inform you.

NMC will now need evidence of your IELTS Level 7 result if you didn’t send it with your initial application.

Once submitted, you can formally complete your registration (this will take a further 30-70 days)

Finally, you will be asked to declare that your circumstances have not changed since your initial application. Your registration can now be completed. (Please note, if you have a UK address at this point, you can call the NMC and change this over the phone).
