The NHS is highly focussed on providing world class patient care. Hiring managers are keen to  know about a time when you did the same. Ensure you go into detail regarding the situation, the  actions you took and the resolution. 

What are the values of the NHS? 

Before your interview, it’s important to read up on the values of the organisation you’re looking  to work for. Highlight the values you align with and describe that to the hiring manager. 

How would you respond to an aggressive patient? 

Aggressive patients are an unfortunate occurrence in any medical role. When answering this  question, let the hiring manager know about a time you successfully dealt with an aggressive  patient and what the results were.
